I would have watched the entire series now as an adult, as a child, I would have sat and waited for the rangers and stopped watching, now as an adult aka another audience member I would love it.

I like Bulk & Skull but I don't think they could carry their own show alone.

But Bulk was the bench press record holder before Jason, he could carry a lot lol

I would enjoy watching them in something that kind of embraces the spirit of The Drew Carey Show. That seems like the type of sitcom show that could work for those two characters.

No, they worked because Jason and Paul could actually act.
On top of that these two have great chemistry on screen and off. They're great friends and it shows.
A show starring these two would be great if written to their strengths, one of which is their comedic timing.

Bulk and Skull definitely had more going for them than pure humor. Their tender moments, like when Bulk got the chief's daughter, or when Skull got a dance with Kimberly, worked well too.
The Space arc was bad because the characters had already been police officers and detectives, actually trying to make a difference in the world, and were now searching for aliens in a world where they knew better than anyone was FILLED with them.

Even if they were given something like "The Job of the Day" it would be hilarious.

Bulk and Skull were never my favorite aspect. I always thought the humor was a little low brow. I mean, yeah, I was a kid and everything, but when great comedy shows like Animaniacs and The Tick were showing on the same network, I needed more than slapstick and visual gags to get me to chuckle.
ALTHOUGH I think IF DONE RIGHT a Bulk and Skull show COULD have worked if they didn't take out all of the Power Rangers stuff. I mean, they could have totally made the show a satire of the genre and show what it's like for the people who have to live in a world where giant robots stomp through the streets and monsters attack on a daily basis. However, instead it would have probably been 20 minutes of fat jokes and pie gags.

They didn't do fat jokes or pie gags for season three or Zeo. The comedy came from how utterly inept the two characters could be. Where is this coming from? Are people actually incapable of remembering how much the two of them had developed and in turn the comedy around them had changed? The joke was usually ON Bulk and Skull, but they hadn't been punchlines since... A Friend in Need, pretty much.
"HA! They're in spandex because FATTTTTT."
