Nobody knows, and thank God. But one day, I have a dream that I'll be able to tell anyone. And I can get married. And use the same drinking fountains as everyone else without being afraid of being judged.

I'm not the type to flaunt my enjoyment of PR, Kamen Rider, or anime really, it's mostly videogames that people know me for, so thats what they see me as, the nerdy video agme guy who ocasionally does voice acting for said video games.
When it comes to the topic of PR or KR being brought up, I usually respond that it's basically a live action version of an anime, which is rather mainstream now adays, at least amongst geeky circles.

Considering the convention, I'd be silly not to tell people when it comes up. Ultimately, part of the whole "closeted nerd" philosophy is the idea that you are concealing a huge part of yourself. PR is not that important a life element for most people in this fandom. It's given this weight for vaguely shameful reasons. It gets disproportionate representation.

I don't come out right and tell people I do. Just one of those people that get scared when talking about things, I suppose. I have friends that are into the fandom, but not as much as Me. THey like more Comics and what not. It's weird really. First day i hung out with them, outside of Collage they brought it up and I listen for a bit before correcting them. I've watched since the beginning and still remember most if not all of what happened back then.

Almost everyone that I know, knows that I like Power Rangers. Will I ever be afraid? No.

I am "out" about liking men and women... I mean, Power Rangers.
Oh god, but if I tell anyone... what if they don't accept me? THEY HAVE TO ACCEPT ME FOR WHO I AM.
Honestly, everyone's responses sounds like they're talking about some deep dark secret.

I'm not going to lie I've never told anyone, mainly because the show is pretty bad and it's for children. It's safe to say i'm embarrassed.
I've just joined the Buffy the Vampire Slayer fandom and I have told many people I watch the show/read the comics because it's so much better than Power Rangers in every way...well, except the fights. I'm not embarrassed to tell people I love BtVS and AtS, because if they were to follow the show they would see how intelligent/dark the show is and would understand where i'm coming from. If people were to watch Power Rangers they will probably end up laughing
I know the demographics of the shows are completely opposite, children and teens, and that could be why i'm more comfortable with BtVS. PR isn't even that important in my life, it's never helped me deal with any issues or gotten any real emotions from me. It's been a good way to relax my mind of all the chaos of my day and watch some big explosions, awesome fights and good guys triumphing in every episode
Again, I know i'm comparing Apples and Oranges...don't kill me

I pretty much make it known on my facebook page, so pretty much no one cares. It's just a show.

I made it know to my girlfriend on our 3rd date and we've been together and we're getting engaged so, really it depends on who you're with. Also, too many people like to judge you on it so they feel more "adult" or mature.

I'm not afraid telling my classmates that I am watching PR... Instead of being ridiculed abt me... they much like to have a discussion abt it.. and I like it..
