I made School Records for each episode. That was just notes I made during the episodes. Here's the first season of notes I took.
The episodes are in the order I prefer to watch them in.
1. “The Date Lottery”
School Record:
-The gang all appear to be in the 10th grade.
-Scott Erickson is a transfer student from Valley.
-Scott considers Lindsay Warner to be the hottest girl in school.
-Lindsay is the President of the Dance Committee.
-Lindsay and Tommy De Luca are a couple.
-Weasel loves to play computer games.
-Lindsay is Weasel’s next door neighbor and they’ve been best friends since pre-school.
-Weasel’s a big fan of “Blossom” and has a huge crush on Megan Jones.
-Scott made $400 with his lottery scheme.
-Mr. Belding had the gymnasium painted over the Summer.
-Of the gang, here are the pairings for the Welcome Back dance: Tommy D and Vicki Needleman, Megan Jones and Weasel Wyzell, Lindsay Warner and Scott Erickson.
-This episode takes place during the first week of school.
2. “Running the Max”
School Record:
-Scott carries late passes.
-Mr. Tuttle is absent from school in order to be on Oprah, for “Teachers Who Over Eat Week.” Tuttle, is a teacher who has appeared in a few episodes of the original series.
-Meat, the jock debuts in this episode. His football jersey has the number “86” on it.
-Once Scott gets in charge of the Max, he changes all of the gang’s jobs around. Here’s what they all do: Tommy is the chef, Lindsay and Megan are waitresses, Vicki is the dishwasher and Weasel advertises.
-Continuity Error: Coach Buttski threatens Scott that if he doesn’t remove “Eat at the Max” from the football team’s jersey’s, Scott would do push-ups until his grandchildren graduate. Later, when the Coach agrees to have his banquet at the Max, he threatens Scott that if the football team doesn’t have a good time, they’ll use him as a tackling dummy. Later on, when Megan asks Scott if he thinks they can pull off the banquet, Scott imagines himself being forced to do push-ups. But that wasn’t the punishment he was threatened with.
-Weasel has to miss the two-hour special “Blossom Goes to Iraq,” in order to help with the football banquet at the Max.
-Megan’s a straight “A” student. She has never gotten a “C” in her life, until this episode.
-In typical “Saved by the Bell” fashion, the gang all get “A’s”. And Scott officially becomes part of the gang.
3. “The Slumber Party”
School Record:
-It’s the week of the big Valley/Bayside football game. A part of Scott still roots for Valley.
-Tommy doesn’t like football. However, in seasons 2 & 3, he’s the star football player.
-Two Valley guys are hanging out at the Max. Scott makes a $100 bet with them that Bayside will beat Valley. Since when do Valley students hang out at the Max? That’s Bayside territory.
-Megan loves Vicki like a sister.
-The name of Scott’s made up cousin is Tina. Of course it’s really Scott in drag.
-This is the debut episode for Crunch Grubowski, a dumb jock with “62” on his jersey.
-Crunch owns a classic 1965 Mustang.
-Mr. Belding was the second racquet on the Badminton team, which was the half-time entertainment, when he attended Bayside.
-Midnight Blue is Lindsay’s favorite color.
-Weasel’s mom went to a Madonna look alike contest.
4. “Love Is On the Air”
School Record:
-Megan Jones is absent from this episode. In her place with the gang, is a girl named Jenny Turner.
-Because Weasel works at the school radio station, he’s in study hall with a bunch of beautiful girls. Scott refers to it as “Babe Hall.”
-Mr. Belding always goes to Tommy D. whenever he needs anything done to his car.
-The Bayside radio station is KVIB.
-Mr. Belding’s radio show is titled “Ask your Principal.” It’s not the least bit popular.
-Weasel becomes “Dr. Love” with the help of “The Brady Bunch Book.”
-Vicki admits that she has a crush on Scott. Although he doesn’t feel the same way about her. However, in order to keep up Dr. Love’s reputation, Scott agrees to go out on a date with her.
- Chocolate makes Vicki’s face break out and red licorice gives her hives.
-Scott ends up being Mr. Belding’s sidekick in the all new “Ask Your Principal.” As a result, Scott gets moved out of “Babe Hall” and into the earlier study hall.
5. “George Washington Kissed Here”
School Record:
-At Valley, the Drama Club was mainly for dorks, as Scott put it.
-Weasel tells Scott that theater is his life. He also informed Scott that last year the Drama Club did “Snow White and the Seven Dwarves”. He was Dopey and the Princess.
-Lindsay is in the Pep Club, Spirit Club and the Glee Club.
-Mr. Belding has a 1975 Chevy. He’s had it ten years longer than he’s had Mrs. Belding.
-After Mr. Bainbridge quits the play, Mr. Belding becomes the director.
-Mr. Belding admits to Scott that he never misses an episode of “Beavis & Butthead.”
-The gang are originally cast in these roles: Weasel is Ben Franklin, Megan is Mrs. Franklin, Scott is George Washington, and Vicki is Martha Washington, after Lindsay turned it down in order to play Betsy Ross. Later on, Lindsay and Vicki switch roles.
-Last year, Tommy skipped the play in order to go to Snow Cone Night at the Roller Derby.
-Weasel’s sign is Sagittarius.
-Weasel’s two years in the Cub Scouts were his happiest.
6. “A Kicking Weasel”
School Record:
-Weasel is the water boy.
-It’s the week of the big football game against Westwood. Bayside hasn’t won in ten years.
-Lindsay, Megan and Vicki are all JV cheerleaders.
-Weasel has the number “3” on his jersey.
-Tommy’s the treasurer of the Bayside Print Shop.
-When Weasel and Lindsay used to play dodge ball in school, Weasel would always be the last one picked.
-Orange is Weasel’s favorite color.
-Bayside beat Westwood without scoring a touchdown. Weasel kicked 11 field goals.
7. “Home Shopping”
School Record:
-Scott tells Lindsay that his job at the school store is the worst job he’s ever had.
-It’s Mid-Term time.
-James, the actor, once again works at the Max. He was fired from his last movie for saying his lines (as a librarian) too loud. “You books are overdue!”
-James appeared twice in the original series.
-Continuity Error: Vicki gets a chocolate milkshake and then adds fish oil -for the brain. Yet, in “Love Is On the Air,” Vicki tells Scott that she’s allergic to chocolate.
-Vicki loves “lousy tasting health food.”
-Chocolate Memory is just chocolate sauce.
-Chocolate Memory causes rashes to whoever drinks it.
-”This is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.” says Scott to Megan.
8. “Belding’s Baby”
School Record:
-Lindsay likes it when Tommy has butter on his lips.
-Mr. Belding has a Principal Discount Card for the cafeteria.
-This is the first time Scott has chased after a girl since Lindsay.
9. “Swap Meet”
School Record:
-Lindsay loves swap meets.
-Tommy spent two days at the arcade to win Lindsay a pink gorilla doll. The same one she planned to sell at the swap meet.
-Mr. Belding is selling mounted fish, his old pet goldfish, Flipper and Jaws. They died after the fish tank exploded.
-Crunch watches “The Price Is Right” three times a day.
-”Jungle Passion” is Mrs. Belding’s favorite perfume.
-It’s close to Mr. and Mrs. Belding’s anniversary.
-Rachel makes her first appearance as Scott’s crush of the week. She returns in the 2nd season as a regular.
-Rachel is a big fan of Janet Jackson.
-Issue 59 of “Defender Dog” has the famous misprint. Defender Dog has a milk bone for a tail. That makes the comic worth $600.
-Crunch is a huge fan of “Defender Dog” and issue 59 was the missing piece in his collection.
-Weasel has two tickets to “Sesame Street on Ice.”
-Tommy’s favorite meal is bologna burritos.
10. “Homecoming King”
School Record:
-It’s time for the Homecoming Dance.
-Homecoming King nominees are Purvis Beetlebomb and Chad Westerfield.
-Homecoming Queen nominees are Chrissy Lovejoy and Lindsay Warner
-Lindsay’s mom doesn’t like Tommy and feels Lindsay should date around in high school.
-Tommy’s in his first year of French.
-Weasel took his imaginary friend, Albert, to the 7th grade dance.
-Scott makes his final pass at Lindsay, before his guilt kicks in. After this episode, he no longer chases after her.
-Lindsay usually has to drag Tommy to romantic films. There’s nothing she likes better than a good cry.
-Mr. Belding voted for Mrs. Warner for Homecoming Queen back when they attended high school.
-Belding sat behind Mrs. Warner is Spanish class. He was known as Enrico the Geeko.
-Official Homecoming Dance dates: Weasel Wyzell and Megan Jones; Scott Erickson and Claire, the nerd; Vicki Needleman and Meat, the jock; Lindsay Warner and Chad Westerfield.
-Vicki’s a vegetarian.
-The Homecoming Queen is Megan Jones, as a write-in. She was written in by the nerds, since her date was Weasel, a nerd.
-The Homecoming King is Tommy De Luca, another write-in. Although he doesn’t accept the honor, since Lindsay is not the Queen. That makes Chad Westerfield the Homecoming King.
11. “Good-Bye Megan”
School Record:
-It’s Career Week.
-Weasel loves the taste of bubble gum dental floss.
-Megan is really interested in the medical field.
-Megan’s father is Judge Thurston Jones.
-Judge Jones was able to get Megan accepted into Willobrook Academy.
-Students from Willobrook eventually go to Harvard and Yale.
-Lindsay mentions taking a school field trip to the Italian Art Exhibit at the museum down town.
-Mr. Belding won a trophy that read “The 1968 State Yodeling Champs - Otto Huntmeyer and Richard “The Echo” Belding.”
-Bayside’s yodeling team was the only one in the state, so Otto and Belding always won.
-Judge Jones tells Bayside that he’ll be back in three years for Megan’s graduation.
12. “Weasel Love”
School Record:
-The three girls are in the Bayside Orchestra. Vicki plays the clarinet. Lindsay plays the flute and Megan plays the violin.
-Weasel has a computer pen pal named Natalie.
-They have been pen pals for three years.
-Natalie is moving from Seattle to go to Bayside.
-Both Natalie and Weasel are big fans of The Skipper from “Gilligan’s Island.”
-Weasel described himself as a curly haired Tom Cruise.
-For a brief time, Weasel becomes “The Fox.” An arrogant jerk that no one likes.
-Bayside won the trip to New York.
-When Weasel and Natalie kiss, we can assume it’s Weasel’s first.
13. “Tommy A”
School Record:
-It’s the week of Mid-Year Finals.
-Scott’s crush-of-the-week is Muffy. She refuses to go out with him since he doesn’t have his license, though.
-Megan and Vicki had to ride the Bayside School Bus.
-Tommy’s 16th birthday is in three weeks (from the first scene of the episode).
-Tommy’s dad has promised to buy him a car for his birthday.
-Art Bernstein sits behind Tommy in French class.
-We meet Tommy’s dad. Earlier this season we met Lindsay’s mom and Megan’s dad.
-With Tommy’s grades, it would be hard for him to get into a decent college.
-Physics is a tough course, even for the nerds.
-When Tommy was 8 years old, he put together his first model car.
-Although it wasn’t known at the time, this is the final episode for Scott, Weasel and Vicki. They never appear, nor are referred to again.
