I agree with the first posts - the story should have continued with them being engaged for a while whilst at college and let them continue their antics. I feel that they could have had some good storylines if they continued it but feel if it was continued after they got married it may have got dull and boring

Yeah i think if it stayed on i'm not sure if they would have gotten engaged but they would do the on again off again thing like with the original. Kelly wouldn't know what she wanted, and zack may have found a girlfriend to last more than a couple of episodes maybe. the possibilities are endless.

OMG...I never thought of that!  I wouldn't have liked it, but I would've WATCHED it. I didn't like how when she came into the picture the focus went to her...as long as she was a supporting character (a very small supporting character lol) I wouldn't have minded...as much. But Kelly would've had to been there too. LOL Without the Zack and Kelly storyline I just don't see the show as being as good as it was....still VERY good, just not EXTREMELY good. LOL |

i wouldnt have loved it nearly as much. i agree zach it never got old! maybe because it could actually be true. things like that happen in real life.

Yes, they were the couple you wish you could be growing up (minus the break-ups lol). Not fairy tale-ish but real and sincere. What girl wouldn't want a guy who would do anything for her?

Tori was a weak character and added nothing significant to SBTB. It's great that she never made it to Cal U.

I would have WATCHED TCY if tori was in it...i mean I still watched sbtb when she played in it...I just wouldn't like it that much.

it's best that zack and kelly married when they did... i think that with the show ending and everything, it was the show's aim to prove that true love and destiny do intertwine. ending the show with zack and kelly's wedding pretty much proved what lay at the heart of the show all along - their love for each other and the original gang's close-knit devotion to each other. their wedding brought the gang back together for one final time

I think Tori would have been a way better character than Leslie....Alex to me fit right in with the gang. Leslie didn't see to fit in...and maybe Tori being part of the cast...just maybe the college years would have been better?

I still wish TCY had been renewed. I really liked a lot of the story arcs - the Lasky one was interesting, and the acting was generally better, Screech was more believable, and the comedy was more hit and less miss. Glad it came out on dvd, at least!

What might have been good was Zack and Kelly getting back together right at the start of CY S1, then getting engaged half way through, then having ups and downs, then getting married at S1 end, then having S2 focus on them in the new APARTMENT but nothing is much different than S1 because they get loads of visitors, then Kelly finds out she's pregnant and the series ends with her giving birth
