I just noticed that this is probably the most contained Seinfeld episode ever.
All scenes either take place in Jerry's apartment, or the coffee shop (with the exception of a car scene)
and all lines are spoken by the fab four aside from very breif stints by a repair man and a delivery guy.
Perhaps this is why it's such a great episode.

Ya, but aren't there a lot of Seinfeld episodes like that?? Where only the four were in it and there were only two (main) places?

I can't think of one other episode where another character outside the fab four had less than four or five lines.
Even in eps like the parking garage and the chinese restuarant had other people in significant roles.
the two roles in the tape by extras could have easily been scrapped.

I guess that's true. It because the episode is about the relationship with EACH OTHER in a twisted way.
