I just saw this episode last night, and I remembered why I really like it. Here are a few reasons:
Georges scheme about leaving his car there so they'd think he's working late and how he might be able to get a promotion
Jackie Chiles' appearance
Sue Ellen wearing the bra as a top and Peterman's comments about it
Steinbrenner's comments about how they still need to find someone for the job even if George is dead
Frank Costanza yelling at Steinbrenner about trades even after hearing that George is dead
The exchange between Jerry and Kramer when Kramer finds out that Sue Ellen had been there.
George's apppearance on crutches and then throwing them down when he hears that someone else got the job and Steinbrenner not caring that he did this.
The OJ reference (bra instead of a glove).

Yea I like The Caddy, Kramer would rather have listened to Stan rather than the advice JC gave him. They would have got millions. and I love Jer when Sue Ellen is knocking on Kramer's door, the way he desperately opens the door with his keys.

"I saw a woman in our hallway wearing one of these as a top. What exquisite beauty, I ran down the hallway to talk to her, but the elevator door closed. It was not to be. Perhaps our paths will cross again some day."

"I wanna market this item as a new direction in women's fashion. We're gonna sell this as a top. Here's the angle: Zelda Fitzgerald, aaaand, somebody in the 20s, wearing this at wild parties, driving all the men crazy..... Have it on my desk by the end of the week."
