I just caught the episode "The Seven" on TV, and not only do they cut out Jerry's standup in the beginning but they also cut out the whole first scene in the Antique shop. It is a great scene too, with some great lines. It's a complete joke that all that's missing. The only reason I even know is because I have the uncut version on my computer. What a shame.

How could they skip the scene in the shop?? TWO PLOTS come from that. Elaine/Kramer/Newman's and Jerry's. Really weird. I was always really mad about how they cut the scene with all of them in the same bed in The Slicer (season 9). The only reason I knew that is because I read the script on the internet.

We got the full version. I, too, think the first scene is essential. It sets up Jerry and Always-The-Same-Dress, as well as Elaine and the bike. It's also a major laugh because of Jerry's rude behavior to Elaine. She falls under the bike and he just shrugs. I don't remember what he said, but I guess Jerry's with George that it's "every woman, child, and invalid for himself"
