Kudos to Tom Gammill and Max Pross for a fine commentary on the Glasses. Finally a commentary that can stand up to Mike and Al on the Simpsons DVDs.

We should do a poll on who has the more annoying voice, Al Jean or Tom Gammill. Otherwise these are obviously the best commentaries.

I like both their voices. They're distinguishiable and refreshing. And by the way, I don't even like the Glasses too much as an episode.

^Me neither. Maybe it's just me, but I find Tom Gammill almost unintelligible sometimes.

Wow, now I'm going to have to make a note of watching that commentary. I actually gave up on the commentaries half-way through Season 4 and stuck with Notes About Nothing. I mean, I watched the commentaries featuring any of the four (which are probably the worst ones) but as for any of the others...

And they're probably the worst ones - well, those and the Larry Charles ones! I think Larry David's attitude towards the whole thing is summed up on the Season One Curb DVD, where he's completely baffled by the very idea of doing a commentary - and at the end he says something like 'well, if you got anything out of this whatsoever I'm pleased, but if, on the other hand you're extremely disappointed, I'm not surprised and I understand completely.'

Yeah, they have been disappointing, especally when they didn't even remember what happened in the episode since they hadn't seen it since it aired. They should've watched it once before to familiarze themselves.
