With no stand-up, there must have been about a minute of each episode or more cut out. One obvious one is from The Muffin Tops; the clip show shows Newman in a black muscle car with sun glasses (obviously from The Muffin Tops) but it's not in the episode. Is there a list of these cuts somewhere? Anyone know of any other specific cuts?

the syndication cuts have been discussed many times on here.
do some searches..
yes the whole Newman scene was supposed to be a semi play on Pulp Fiction in a way.
kind of weak when they took it out
keeping track of the cuts is worthless.. depends on the network.. i've seen back when i watched syndication; tbs and fox have in some episodes completely different cuts.
gennerally they do a lot of reaction cuts. you can watch scenes and wonder why that was supposed to be funny.

I've never seen an accurate list of cuts, anyway. It seems every station is different depending on how many commercials they like to air.

Precisely, I once watched the same episode back to back on FOX and TBS and they were cut differently. The episode being The Muffin Tops, and I had never seen the whole ending with newman before, it was kind odd to be honest.

I just saw a clip on a TBS promo of a line that is certainly cut from syndication, specifically the episode "The Comeback."
Kramer is mad at Jerry for not throwing is tennis racket away. "How are you gonna be the executor of my living will-- look at you, you can't let go!"
Jerry is visibly annoyed, and replies:
"Trust me Kramer, given the legal opportunity, I will kill you."
Funny stuff I've never seen before.
