The Slicer:
They cut out the entire scene of Elaine's bad dream with the rest of the gang in her bed. This is a glaring absence, I'd say the biggest syndication cut ever.

Ya! I was really upset when I read the script and expected them all to be in bed and in the episode they WEREN'T! It's a hilarius scene though. They cut the dancing down the hallway in the Finale (or so I've heard) and they cut A LOT of jokes from the Betrayal.

Episode 24. The Cafe Jerry: Yes, I am great. (He's standing next to a bust of Alexander the Great in Babu Bhatt's restaurant). Also an extra standup bit.
Episode 25. The Tape The refrigerator guy has a couple lines in the beginning in Jerry's apartment.
Episode 26. The Nose Job A couple real quick flashes, syndicate virtually the same.
Episode 31. The Pez Dispenser Opening and closing stand up bits.
Episode 33. The Fix-Up Opening, closing, and middle stand-up bit (middle on the condom).
Episodes 34,35. The Boyfriend Opening monologue, a few other short monologues.
Episode 47. The Bubble Boy Closing monologue
Episode 48. The Cheever Letters opening and closing standup bits.
Episode 50. The Virgin Opening and closing monologues
Episode 52. The Airport Opening monologue
Episode 53. The Pick Opening monologue on modeling, end bit on women’s maintenance.
Episode 57. The Outing Opening bit on birthdays, end bit is the same as syndication opening bit (on being thin, single, and neat)
Episode 59. The Implant Opening monologue on aerobics, scene with George getting thrown out of Betsy’s house, closing bit on liposuction.

Episode 135. The Foundation syndicate cuts opening scene with Ross's offering Jerry a sip from their flask syndicate also cuts a part that shows Peterman's growing insanity with him rolling fruit off of his desk.
Episode 144. The Andrea Doria Syndicate cuts the scene with Elaine on her first date with the bad breaker-upper only to have the waitress come and say that he's been stabbed.
Episode 147. The Comeback Syndicate cuts the entire beginning with George receiving the put-down.
Episode 148. The Van Buren Boys When Kramer is explaining how he got away from the Van Buren boys, by flashing their secret sign: Just upon leaving Jerry asks, "how was the pizza" and in classic Kramer he says, "a little oily."
Episode 153. The Yada Yada Extra Scene with Kramer & Mickey in restaurant is cut. Jerry knocking on window while waiting to talk to Father Curtis. Many other lines throughout are cut.
Episode 155. The Muffin Tops End bit has Newman drive his rental car up
Episode 170. The Strongbox When Kramer is listing what items he'd need a strongbox for, "taxidermy that has been in my family for generations" was cut out.
Episode 175. The Maid Where Elaine stuck her foot in the door of the old woman neighbor who died: "She didn't perchance have a 212 phone number?" is cut.
