The Fusilli Jerry was a whole episode about oral sex. I guess I shouldn't say it had been played out, but it had been done.

And I'll admit that maybe I'm too naive. But the only thing she says is "He doesn't do...everything." And they weren't even talking about sex, so there wasn't much context. It's not that clever, and for me it doesn't read well.

The Caddy - B+
It's a shame, the majority of this episode is a classic except for the odd caddy thing. It's too unrealistic - something I'd expect more from season 8 or 9 for sure. Then the capper is the unfortunate ending where Kramer takes advice from the caddy during the trial, it's a horrible sequel to what happened in The Maestro. Otherwise, George's story is the stuff dreams are made of. One of my top 10 moments of the series is the message Frank leaves on Jerry's machine and the look on Jerry's face...I'm laughing right now

The Seven - C
The obvious complaint is over George's characterization. But there's also the terribly fake pregnant stomach - wtf was that? And then there's the first noticeably bitchy Elaine characterization (would season 6 Elaine say "something bad will happen to you...it has to!"). And yet another characterization I don't care for: Newman. I don't find it amusing when he speaks in proper English like Hannibal Lecter. They took the evil thing too far. I guess some people may like it, but it's an unrealisticly big evolution from what he had been before.
Even ignoring all that, the episode is only middle-of-the-road. Jerry's story is okay, Kramer is amusing...still, very meh.

The Cadillac - B-
I guess starting with The Doodle, storylines involving Jerry's parents would be boring. There just wasn't enough potential in that premise I suppose. The best moments there were callbacks to The Pen. Kramer's story feels like filler to me, but still halfway amusing. George and Elaine obviously had stronger things to do, but one thing to note: the scene of them "coming up with the best possible lie" was funny but felt strange. You can in the scene that by this point, these two characters were no longer as charming as they once were...about six months before. Overall just decent.

The Shower Head - C
Boring. The obvious highlight is the things Jerry was saying to Uncle Leo at Monk's.

The Doll - C+
I rewatched this one a few weeks ago and found it amusing in a weird way. I still have no idea why what was happening was happening; everything felt very contrived for no reason. But if I don't think about it, I laugh...can't explain it.

The Friars Club - D
Fuckin' boring...I cling to a few moments when watching this. Kramer's story is at least kind of interesting but I don't find it particularly funny. I think the Susan-George discussion about shoelaces was in this - a good 15 seconds there. Otherwise, nothing. I bet people who regularly watched the show when these episodes originally aired must've known something was off.

The Wig Master- A, an excellent episode with lots of great dialogue and scenes, I love it when Kramer is in the car flicking all the radio stations.
Best line:
KRAMER: Now see the two of you need to work on trust... and then and only then will there be a free exchange of sex and discounts.. Cornerstones of a healthy relationship....and now if you would (taps twice on the door) excuse us. We need to get to bed.

The Calzone- B+ Its Nikki and Kramer which keep this one ticking over nicely, The whole George calzone storyline is only ok though I love the meeting between him and Newman.

The Invitations - Insert arbitrary grade here
The Invitations is low on laughs and extremely slow-paced, but also wraps up the season in a clever way. I have respect for it, so I'll leave it alone. And just to note, I thought the controversial ending was the best part of the episode.

The Foundation - D+
This episode feels very off, for lack of a better word. This features some horrible Elaine writing, above all. Individual moments that amused me include the beginning teaser, Jerry's research at Monk's, Kramer saying "I'm I'm dominating", and George looking at the Susan portrait in awe.
