Unbelievable, simply unbelievable... Married... with Children, to me, was and still is one of the most outragously funny TV shows to ever air on TV. I stumbled on to it in 1987, and have been hooked sense... I believe it is a work of art... No show can, I believe, ever compare to this unbelievably funny program... Sundays soon became the funniest day of the week... And yes, Married... with Children brought FOX out into the light, just my personally opinion, of course... I do not believe that there will ever be another Al Bundy, that to me shows the power of his character... I sort of grew up with the Bundy's, I saw every show, and was shocked when I found out that it would not continue for another season... It has just never been the same sense they have gone... BUT, there are the reruns, which I do watch every day... I wish they would do one last show, or maybe a last season, or maybe even a movie, I would be so, so very excited... Married... with Children always was and always will be my all time favorite show...!

A classic for years to come This show raised a generation! People say it got more stupid in the last year or two, but I believe it was good all the way through, except maybe the first 3 seasons, they were a bit off, but still all right. This show, no matter how much you may disapprove of it was entertaining, I even caught my grandparents watching it!

There is a reason this show lasted so long I've seen a lot of Comedy's come and go and I must say, although Married was a bit exaggerated and had a lot of dumb humor it was the best of it's kind. That's probably the reason there even turned up a clone of it (Unhappily ever after). The Bundy's were good up until 90 or so, the seasons 90 and 91 or so were supreme (I mean the season in which for example Al got circumcised). After that it lost appeal and then regained it in 95 to 96 when the shows were good to my surprise although Buck 'left'. I liked a few of that episodes very much. After that it was back to normal and it needed to be cancelled. It got old and repetitive. Still a show to watch and one that made history while deserving it.

The ultimate TV family! I don't know where to start on Married...With Children so I'll just say that they're the ultimate TV family and, after the Simpsons, the funniest. Who can forget the the legendary insulting bouts between Al and Peg, Bud and Kelly and Al and Marcy, those never fail to get a rise out of me. Al and Bud were probably my favorite characters. I love how irritable Al is with the fat women at the shoe store and how Bud always tries to get laid. I was angry when this show was cancelled but I always watch the reruns on FX every night. This show is a classic. 10/10

nothing compares Married With Children is the greatest comedy sitcom of all time, I hear lots of good talk about Friends, Frasier, or all these new shows that are coming on, but Married With Children is by far the best comedy of all time, this is the only show where I like every single character and Al and Marcy insulting each other is the funniest stuff you'll ever hear on tv, if you've never seen this show then you've never truly laughed!

Comedy Classic and good satireFor me the series really took off after the first season. ONE of the best (one of way too many)lines I'll never forget comes from Al, in a "father/Son" talk with Bud (Lemonade/ Lost Jacket episode): "Son. Your tired....Your cold....Your hungry. You made a quarter today. And then the women took it away from you! Congratulations son! Today you had finally learned what it is to be a man!"
I loved any episode with any kind of money-wife-girlfriend money theme to it.
Al, the working class schmuck. Peg, the lazy, manipulative liar of a wife. Kelly, the sexy free loader of a daughter. Bud, the loser son. Marcy, the up tight politically correct neighbor. Jefferson, the smartest one of the lot!
I loved them all!

Absolutely Excellent Married with children is absolutely brilliant comedy. In my opinion it has got to be one of the best comedy's ever made (if not the best ever). Most of the episodes were excellent and had me in stitches I was nearly on the floor laughing. Al Bundy (Ed O'Neeil) has got to be one of the best actors and it was a shame that this great comedy had to end.

One of the funniest shows ever I used to always watch this show and I thought all the characters were hilarious. My favorite character disputes are the ones between Al and Marcy. Those are hilarious. Peggy, Kelly and Bud were also hilarious and one of my favorite episodes was the one where Kelly and Bud are trying to get tickets to a rock concert and keep losing their place and Al is tricked into having sex with Peg through a fake radio contest. A classic episode. It also was the show that got me into loving money because of the opening credits (Al giving everybody in the family an "allowance" including the dog) I wish I could catch them on reruns I know there is a station that plays them but where I live they just don't have that channel or something. But I'm glad it was on as long as it was (11 great seasons)

love and marriage this show was truly at its best from 87-91 but after that it started to go downhill some of the plots and situations were just to stupid and silly and the episodes werent as consistent. al was definetly the best from his facial expressions to his insults to his philosophy and outlook on life he was the king. after al i liked jefferson the best he was the lazy pretty boy husband of marcy and unlike steve he actually liked al.

The Greatest American Sitcom Believe me, I've seen my share of sitcoms. Some of them were funny, but most left me feeling like I should be floating around in a bubble, or something. Married...With Children bursts that bubble. It's basically the exact opposite of what you expect from a typical situation comedy. It's funny as hell, and doesn't leave you feeling like what it must feel like to be Kelly Bundy. It's great!

The best sitcom ever!! Married... with children was always great until it's final episode in 1997. The characters were the key element that gave success to MWC. Al Bundy was truly an American hero!, his lines are the best, always pessimist. Peg is the lazy wife that spends the day in the couch watching "Oprah". Bud is the loser son that 's always trying to have a date, or have sex. He has rubber dolls under his bed. Kelly is the hot dumb-blond daughter, she's sexy, her lines are dumb but funny. Marcy is a great character, she has the funniest lines, and she truly hated Al. Jefferson was ok, as the lazy husband that depends on his wife's job. Steve Rhodes was funny, but left soon the series. Anyways! If you want to laugh out loud, watch Married... With Children.

Always good for a laugh Yes, the humor on this show was sometimes tasteless but it's still a hilarious satire of family dysfunction and life's everyday problems. Everyone on the show was perfect for the roles that they played and watching this show is a very good way to be able to laugh about your own problems. It always makes me laugh out loud when I watch this show.

This Show Rocks! My dad used to watch this show when I was a little kid. And Now I try to watch it in re-runs on my local Fox Station. Al is a shoe salesman who is lazy when he gets home. Peg is always going to the mall With Marcy. Steve tries to stay out of trouble. Jefferson usually visits the Bundy's to watch sports with Al. Bud has a sweetheart in each episode. Kelly likes to party a whole lot. Officer Dan is always on the look out for bad people.

Before the Simpsons, there was... "Married... With Children" was the original look at the dysfunctional American family. Much like The Simpsons the early episodes took themselves a lot more seriously, but became more slapstick towards the end. There isn't much I can say about this show except that it's one of my favourite TV shows of all time. Every line is clever and/or funny, and each of the characters has their own little quirks. In a word...
Brilliant 10/10...
